So, I have been feeling a little OVERWHELMED. The beloved old cat is poorly and has forgotten where the toilet is. Harriet is revising again. The allotment requires constant tending. I think I might be in the menopause. The phone rings a lot and not usually with good news. I still can't make a good cup of tea, or cook. The ironing pile has a life of it's own. Both my parents have been ill and I have spent a lot of time travelling on trains between mid Wales and Portsmouth. The washing pile is deeper than the ironing pile by 400% and I am worrying constantly....
I decided three things. One, stop dating the diary entries, as it just adds pressure and no one cares about the date anyway. Two, eat more fruit and three, cut the grass, in a minute....
